• Inspection and identification of pests
• Treatment and extermination of pests
• Prevention and exclusion of pests
• Monitoring and maintenance services

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the property for inspection and treatment.
• Prepare the property for treatment as instructed by our technicians.
• Inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities to pesticides.
• Keep children and pets away from treated areas as instructed.
• Report any pest activity or concerns promptly.

4. Payment

Payment for Services is due as outlined in the service agreement or quote. We accept various payment methods, including cash and credit card. Late payments may be subject to late fees.

5. Warranties

We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We may offer specific warranties on certain treatments, which will be outlined in the service agreement or quote.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Pre-existing conditions on the property
• Pest activity that occurs after treatment due to factors beyond our control
• Failure to follow our instructions for preparation or post-treatment care
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to pesticides, unless caused by our negligence

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.  

8. Termination

We may terminate these Terms or any service agreement at any time for any reason. You may also terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.  

12. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
